Here's how the warranty works.

If you feel unsure about the success of our service after you have been a client for 12 months, you can request an evaluation of your account. Simply send us your current credit report and we will calculate the total value of all successfully deleted and/or improved items. We will then compare that amount to the service fees you have paid us. If what you have paid exceeds the value of deleted items we will reimburse you the difference.

To determine the total value of our service we count the number of items we successfully deleted from your credit report and multiply that by $50 per item. We use the value of $50 per deleted item in determining the value of our service.

The warranty is perhaps best communicated by example.

Now imagine the same credit report with 15 negative items, but in this case, we were able to remove 12 items. In this example, the refund would be calculated as follows:

The first example is not typical of our results, as our average participating client has a much better dispute-to-deletion ratios. However, it is a good example of how the warranty works. Notice that when the results of our efforts calculate to a monetary value greater than what you paid, you are not charged any more money.
