founded in response to the increased impact that
a credit score has on the quality of life of
the consumer. The passage of the Fair Credit
Reporting Act made it abundantly clear that the
major credit reporting agencies were not doing
a very good job of keeping current the information
being provided to them and quite often, that
information was incorrect.
A group of credit and debt relief professionals
decided to lend their expertise to the process
of eliminating negative credit information from
consumers credit reports using a system of strict
regulatory compliance, innovative processes and
One On One customer service. The prevailing strategy
focuses on the idea that consumers should be
given ample information about the process and
be encouraged to make informed decisions for
their own well being.
